Information we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to provide:

• Visit bookings. When you schedule a property visit, our scheduling is handled by Calendly. The details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, the selected date and time, and the property of interest — are also recorded in our own system so we can manage and follow up on the visit.
• Contact enquiries. When you submit our contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message you send so we can respond to your request.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on our public pages.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, and follow up on property visits.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide leasing and property-management services.
• To keep records of our interactions and bookings for legitimate business purposes.
• To secure, operate, and improve our website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process information on our behalf, only as needed to deliver our services:

• Calendly — visit scheduling and calendar management.
• Google Workspace — delivery of contact-form messages to our email, and staff sign-in to our admin tools.
• Cloudinary — hosting of property photos (these contain no personal information about you).
• IONOS — website hosting and database storage.

Storage and transfers outside Quebec

Some of our service providers (including Calendly and Google) may store or process information on servers located outside Quebec or Canada. Where this happens, your information is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, and we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains adequately protected.

How long we keep it

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. Booking and enquiry records are kept for a reasonable period to manage our relationship and meet our business and legal obligations.

Cookies

Our public website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Our staff-only admin area uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep authorized users signed in.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
• request deletion of your information or withdraw your consent;
• ask questions about how your information is handled.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
