This website provides information about rental properties we manage and lets you request a property visit and contact us. It is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer, a lease, or a binding agreement.

Property listings

We work to keep listing details — including availability, rent, and features — accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Availability and pricing may change at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer to lease, and no listing reserves a unit for you.

Booking a visit

Visit scheduling is handled through Calendly. Booking a visit lets you view a property; it does not reserve the unit, create a tenancy, or guarantee that the property will remain available. Your use of Calendly is also subject to Calendly's own terms and privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• submit false, misleading, or another person's information;
• attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• scrape, copy, or harvest content or data without our permission.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, property photographs, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to BLPM and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our prior written permission.

Third-party services

The site relies on third-party services (such as Calendly for scheduling) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
